These terms govern your use of DriveFinder, operated by Vicimus ("we," "us," "our"). By using DriveFinder, you agree to these terms.

What DriveFinder is

DriveFinder is a tool that helps you describe the vehicle you're looking for, see an illustrative build of it, and get connected with a dealer that carries a matching vehicle. DriveFinder is not a dealer, does not sell vehicles, and is not a party to any vehicle purchase. Any sale, financing, pricing, or delivery arrangement is between you and the dealer you're connected with.

AI-generated renders are illustrative only

The vehicle images you see while building are generated by AI and are intended to give you a general sense of body style, color, and configuration. They are not photographs of the actual physical vehicle you'll be offered and may not perfectly match real trim details, features, or accessories. Always confirm the exact vehicle, its specifications, and its condition directly with the dealer before making any purchase decision.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability shown in DriveFinder are based on dealer-provided inventory data and can change without notice. Final pricing, taxes, fees, and financing terms are set by the dealer, not by DriveFinder or Vicimus.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to provide accurate contact information, since this is what gets shared with a dealer when you submit a build.

Sharing your information with a dealer

When you complete a build and choose to continue to delivery and financing, you're agreeing to have your contact information and vehicle preferences shared with the matched dealer so they can follow up with you about your request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DriveFinder to submit false information, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

DriveFinder is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any specific vehicle, price, or dealer response will be available, or that AI-generated renders or chat responses will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicimus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DriveFinder or any transaction you enter into with a dealer you were connected with through DriveFinder.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use DriveFinder after a change means you accept the updated terms.
